Parents' Review: 5 Stars for Wonderful, 1 Star for Terrible:
Assembly: 5 stars, "No assembly required."
Fun Factor: 4 stars, "Being a motorcycle lover by nature, my 3 year old was ecstatic about the Handy Manny Chopper. He was thrilled to tear it open, interact with it, and follow the verbal instructions from Manny himself. He needed very little guidance and no encouragement, he was hooked. think this toy has a great deal going for it, especially the fact that there are multiple settings (fix-it repair mode & make it into a chopper mode) to hold a childs attention through various ages. My one complaint is that there is no carrying case, bag or anything and there are remaining parts that don’t fit on, since it can only have 3 at once. They will be lost soon if I don’t find a home for them."
Educational Factor: 3 stars, "This toy is more developmental than educational, building fine motor skills using the screwdriver and wrench to fix and build. It should grow because of the multiple building options, and the fact that motorcycles have a long lifespan for my child, constantly humming around the house. Although Manny teaches Spanish on the TV show, there are no Spanish words used in the verbal cues on the bike."
Novelty Factor: 4 Stars, "The features that I love are the fact that the screws and bolts can not be removed from the parts – critical in storing and finding small pieces. Manny’s verbal cues are helpful in teaching the different parts of the bike, and hold my son’s attention. He also loves the fact that the gas guzzles when you fill up the fuel tank!"
